To pay your citation, you must visit https://parking.wvu.edu/ or click the link above and login to your account in the designated area using your MasterID information. Once logged into your account, you can view your balance to see any fees owed. To pay the fees, press the “search or pay” button, then after you enter your citation number press “search” again. The only way to pay your ticket online is by credit card. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can come into the offices and pay with cash or another desired method.

If you want to Appeal a Citaton, you must contact the parking office at (304) 293-5502 and set up an appointment with the hearing officer, Jim Enoch.

LOGIN INFORMATION:

In order to login you must know your Username and Master ID password, this is not the same ID as your mix account ID.
